Jump Into The Fire

Words & Music:

Harry Nilsson

How much fun can you have with just one chord or riff?  Lots.  This long-forgotten hit by Harry Nilsson utilizes only this bass riff (tabbed by TDITZEL), but it can rock if you commit and have fun with it.  Dm is implied.

G|------------------------------| Repeat throughout verses

D|---------3--------------------|

A|---5--5-----5--3--5-5-------3-|

E|----------------------3-4-5---|

You can climb a mountain,

You can swim the sea,

You can jump into the fire,

But you'll never be free.

You can shake me up,

Or I can break you down.

Whoa-o-o-o!

Whoa-o-o-o!

We can make each other happy.  [4x]

[Repeat whole song 3x and out]
